So, if you are a teenager, you will need approximately 8-10 hours of sleep per day. You will need the sleep as you have more activities in a day. If you are a young adult, you need to have 7-9 hours of sleep in a day. This means you need to sleep in around 11 p.m. for having perfect sleeping quality. If you are older in about 60 years old, you better have 7-8 hours of sleep in a day. You should also get more time to relax and do light exercises to keep your body healthy.
