Make sure you eat that in right portion so that you can start to make the thing easy to be healthy. After that, you need to do the exercise routinely. The exercise should be based on the strength you have.

Then you need to make sure that you will do it routinely. You can do jogging, running and also walking. Exercise is not always about going to the gym and lifting heavy stuff. The next you need to have enough time of sleeping. It is not good to sleep less. You should sleep for at least 6 hours per day. If you have lack time of sleep then it will cause negative impact like you will have a weight problem. It can cause the blood sugar of yours increasing and much more, so now you need to pay attention to all of them.
